The Design Plus competition was launched in 1983 by Messe Frankfurt in cooperation with the "Rat für Formgebung" (Design Council) and the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK).

Digital technology brings simplicity to the bathroom. A single touch is all it takes to start the perfect shower or bath. Two individual user buttons allow the user to program their preferred flow rate and temperature and create their own bespoke experience.

Digital basin faucets feature five pre-set programs – allowing the user to create unique combinations of temperature, flow rate and duration. These include programs for face rinsing, hand washing and teeth brushing.
